2023: “Yoruba Leaders Will Engage Ameachi To Drive Tinubu’s Electoral Victory”. ~ Arisekola

by Area Talk

As part of efforts to grow mobilization for the presidential ambition of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, businessman and publisher of Ireland-based journal, The Street Journal Magazine, Mogaji Bowale Oluwole Arisekola has on Saturday met with some All Progressives Congress (APC) youths from the Niger Delta axis.

The high profile meeting took place at the Transcorp hotel, Abuja, wherein Arisekola promised the youths who came in their large numbers that Yoruba leaders will soon meet with the former minister of Transportation, Chief Rotimi Ameachi to actively engage him in campaigning for Asiwaju Tinubu.

Mogaji noted that the need to deepen support for the notional leader of APC and presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in becoming Nigeria’s next President cannot be treated with levity, adding that leading light in the party like Chief Ameachi will make a difference by ensuring that the ambition becomes fruitful.

The celebrity journalist who cut short his trip from United Arab Emirates said it became necessary for him to be in Nigeria to continue his consultation with relevant stakeholders across the six geopolitical zones of the country at a time like this.

“I have tremendous respect for Chief Rotimi Ameachi, the immediate past Minister of Transportation, and no one can debunk the fact that he is one of the founding fathers of APC, his roles in nurturing democracy in Nigeria can not be overlooked. His contributions and sacrifices for the party cannot also be undermined under any guise.

“I tell you here, great and distinguished youths of APC from the Niger Delta extraction that Yoruba leaders will soon meet with Chief Rotimi Ameachi, expectedly so. He is a shining light in the party and we strongly need a faithful, loyal, committed and dogged leader like him to champion every political activity that will lead to the success of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the forthcoming 2023 presidential election.”

Continuing, Mogaji said,

“My records and research cannot fail me; the APC chieftain was named Chibuike, which means ‘God is all Powerful’ and Rotimi, an abridged version of Oluwadurotimi, meaning ‘the Lord stands by me’, while Amaechi means ‘who knows tomorrow?’ Remember the popular phrase, what is in a name? One does not need to be a sage to know that all the meanings embedded in his name are playing out in the acts and arts of politics in Amaechi’s life.

“Chief Amaechi became Governor of Rivers State in October 2007, after his previous position as Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly from 1999 to 2007. He successfully sought re-election as River State Governor on April 26, 2011. All these didn’t happen by accident, they are predestined by God to happen for the good of humanity; thankfully Rivers State and Nigeria by extention are better for it. I make bold to say Ameachi is the Lion of Niger Delta.” He said

The Ibadan-born businessman added that he will not renege in ensuring that all supporters have all it takes to aid victory for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and all other APC candidates in the country.

“In every election, no one can ignore the power of the thumb, it is the magic to herald victory, thus in our beloved country, the importance of PVCs is critical to achieve a huge victory for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. We need the youths of the Niger Delta, the elderly, the artisans, students, elites, trade unions, etc. And the support of course should not be limited to Niger Delta alone but across the 6 geopolitical zones of the country so that landslide will not be compromised.

“Thus, I have decided to invest my time and God’s given energy in moving from one house to another, region to region in order to mobilize Nigerians and be involved in the Asiwaju’s project and by the grace of God he will emerge as the next President of Nigeria in 2023”. Arisekola said confidently.
