The NPower Build program is an accelerated training and certification (Skills to Job) program that will engage and train 75,000 young unemployed Nigerians in order to build a new crop of skilled and highly competent workforce of technicians, artisans and service.

The Agencies Include;
- IndustrialTraining Fund.
- National Institute of Information Technology (NITT).
- Hydraulic Equipment Development Institute (HEDI) Kano.
- National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism.
They are to train the beneficiaries on;
- Catering.
- Carpentry.
- Baking.
- Electrical installation.
- Phone Repairs.
- Masonry.
- Furniture.
- Plumbing and fitting.
- Automobile.
- Tiling.
- Etc.

The duration of the programme (N-power Build) is 12 months. This involves 3 months of training and 9 months apprenticeship with partnering employers.
Note: The requirements for NPower build physical verification include:
- National ID card.
- Birth certificate.
- Proof of address of residence.
All verified Nbuild beneficiaries get training work tools and training consumables distributed to Npower training partners. They also receive a monthly NPower build stipend of 10,000 naira for the duration of 12 months.
Is Npower Build Shortlisted Candidates 2022 Out
The names of shortlisted candidate for the Npower Build programme is underway. Once everything has been completed then the list will be uploaded on the portal.
