Former Rivers State Gubernatorial Aspirant under the platform of All Progressive Congress Apc, Dr. Dawari George quits Party.
Dawari I. George, an erstwhile Chairman, National Youth Council of Nigeria Rivers State, former Commissioner for Energy and Natural Resources, Former Member House of Representatives and current President of the World Baptist Mens Fellowship.
In a letter Signed by him, he thanked the leadership of the party and all her members for the opportunity and support given to serve the state and the country in different capacities during his time in the party.

NOTICE OF RESIGNATION
I wish to resign my membership of the All Progressive Congress (APC)
May I also thank the leadership of the party and all her members for the opportunity and support given to serve the state and the country in different capacities during my time in the party.
I will always cherish the friendship and brotherhood which enforced our camaraderie in the party.
Please accept the assurances of my best regards.
Until his resignation, he was a close member of Amaechi Political Family in the State as his reasons remains unknown.
