Another commercial driver has narrated how he escaped being killed by gunmen along the Abonnema/Degema/Emohua route over the weekend.
The driver identified as Emmanuel said the bus was fully loaded with nine passengers traveling from Choba to Buguma. He said the attack happened after the popular ‘Israel Ama’ junction of the road.
This is coming barely a month after an Opel bus loaded with 8 passengers was hijacked around Ahiankwo market on the Emohua-Kalabari road enroute to the riverine area from Port Harcourt.
