Dead bird suspected to have been used for fetish purpose was seen at the Rivers State Judiciary Complex.
The situation which caused panic among Workers and litigants distorted activities at the area as those who came early to the complex were seen in cluster discussing the incident.
Speaking to Newsmen,Acting Chief Registrar Rivers State High Court Mr. David Ihua-Maduenyi said it is the second time such substance had been dropped in the premises.
He assured litigants and workers that the judiciary will beef up security in and around the premises.
While urging staff not to panic ,the Acting Chief Registrar advised them to always give prompt information on any happenings around the court complex.
