Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the Aircraft Maintenance program (AMP) is controlled, managed, developed and revised as required by the continuous airworthiness requirements of the NCAA, OEM and Air Peace reliability program.
- Insert assigned Fleet scheduled maintenance requirements into ADS system and make sure it tallies with the approved AMP.
- Working with maintenance planners in relation to work packaging in order to ensure that the maintenance planned enables optimum aircraft availability to support the operational flying program and efficient and cost-effective planning of maintenance.
- Working with a reliability section to ensure accommodations are introduced into the AMP both in relation to escalation and de- escalation where appropriate.
- Ensure effective task card management associated with the AMP and maintain a system of job cards preparation & updating.
- Coordinating regular meetings required for the management of the AMP.
- AMP alignment with respect to the phase-in and Phase- out of aircraft and assist in the development of associated works scopes during the delivery and lease return process.
- Development of procedures and associated with the management of the amp.
- Liaising with the NCAA as required for the management of the approval of the amp through quality assurance department.
- Providing support when requested, ensuring the safe, punctual, efficient and cost-effective operation of the fleet.
- Closure of occurrence reports and audit findings.
- Identifying and reporting all occurrences, hazards, operational irregularities, unsafe conditions or practices in a timely manner.
- Assist safety department in technical assessment as a part of Investigation as and when required

Requirements:
- Bachelor of science or equivalent in engineering discipline with 3 years relevant experience in airline maintenance programs or planning role or AMEL with 3 years relevant experience in airline maintenance programs or planning role.
- Good knowledge and understanding of commercial airline maintenance planning, forecasting, and work packages.
- Good knowledge with NCAA and other OEM ICA.
