1.) Project Security Manager

Job Summary.

The Ideal candidate will prepare and review the Project Security Plan, advise the Project Manager on all Security Matters, Ensure that the security system in place is adequate in view of the assessed Security Threats in place.

Requirements

  • B.Sc., Business Admin.
  • Professional Retired Military Officer.
  • Specialized Certificates in Security Management
  • Several years’ Experience in security management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written & communication skills are required.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

2.) Security Coordinator

Job Summary

Support Security intelligence monitoring and understand the external security threats levels as well as their impact on operations and pipeline facilities, review the physical security risk assessment, identify and implement mitigating actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Nigerian Army (Honorary)
  • 6 years in security with 3 years as pipeline security supervisor.

3.) Supply Chain Manager / Projects

Job Summary

Develop, improve, and fulfill organizational and functional objectives in procurement and supply, Formulate direction, manage change, and lead and influence internal and external procurement and supply stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the procurement function
  • Engineering background is preferred.
  • MBA is an added advantage
  • Must be an MCIPS – Completed level 6 or equivalent.

4.) QA/QC Lead

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the implementation and application of Project Quality Plan & Procedures including the Inspection & Test Plans at site. He/ she is also responsible for the supervision of inspection personnel at site and shall monitor, review and collect all relevant quality records verifying their adequacy and make sure the records are correctly filled out and archived

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/HND in Engineering or Science Related Course
  • ASNT LEVEL 2, CWI, CSWIP 3.2, Lean Six Sigma,
  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor
  • A minimum of TWELVE (12) years QA/QC working experience in Oil and Gas industry with flare for career development in QA/QC.

5.) Senior Project Controls Engineer

Job Summary

Provides leadership to the Planning/Scheduling engineers and in conjunction with the Project Controls Manager assigns priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of Primavera P3 or P6 is required.
  • The possession of a PMP, PMI-SP, PMI-PSP Certificate or a similar certificate will also be an advantage.

6.) Senior Risk Engineer

Job Summary

Identify the Risks associated with the projects, Identifying and evaluating risks related to compliance requirements, program/project processes and procedures, and governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/management from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Engineering and/or Project Management and in a functional role as Senior Risk Engineer on mega projects.

7.) Process & Mechanical Engineering Design Coordinator

Job Summary

The Process & Mechanical Engineering Design Coordinator shall be the Subject Matter Expert/Technical Authority in the disciplines of Process & Mechanical design engineering and shall possess core design experience while some field experience will also be of advantage to the candidate.

Requirements

  • A minimum of B.ENG/TECH in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of working experience in oil & gas process & mechanical systems, design engineering and procurement support.
  • COREN registration is a major prerequisite for this role.

8.) Elect. Instrumentation & Telecom Engineering Design Coord.

Job Summary

The Electrical, Instrumentation (E&I) Engineering Design Coordinator shall be the Subject Matter Expert/Technical Authority in the related disciplines of Electrical, Instrumentation design engineering and shall possess core design experience while some field experience will also be of advantage to the candidate

Requirements

  • A minimum of B.ENG/TECH in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. M.Sc Engineering will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of working experience in Electrical/Electronics design engineering and procurement support

9.) Project Manager

Job Summary

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of a pipeline project

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in pipeline construction or the oil and gas industry.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

10.) Project Accountant

Job Summary

To preserve value for the organization, Accountable for monitoring the progress of projects, looking into variances, approving outgoing inclusive of expenses, and ensuring that project billings are issued to clients and payments are collected.

Requirements

  • BSC in Accounting
  • Professional Accounting Certificate: ANAN, ACA, ICAN ETC
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in finance and accounting
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP

11.) Pre-Commissioning Lead

Job Summary

Develop processes and procedures for the pre-commissioning and commissioning of EPIC projects.

Requirements

  • B.Eng in Any Engineering Discipline
  • Registered member of a registered Engineering body (NSE, COREN etc)
  • 10 Years across various EPIC oil and gas projects with exposure to both pipeline and facility projects

12.) Logistics Manager

Job Summary

To Lead, Manage and Participates in developing, interpreting, and implementing Logistics policies and procedures for effective support and successful project delivery

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. Social Science
  • Professional membership is an added advantage
  • 5 – 10 years’ experience in Logistics and Transport Management

13.) Informational Management Lead

Job Summary

To ensure the UBETA project is equipped with People/Practices/Systems/Processes/tools that support the short, medium, and long-term objectives of the project

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physic Electronics Technology
  • Professional certification; ICIP, SFPC, RWVCPC, AWS.
  • Minimum of 13 years in ICT, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proficiency in Servers, Windows, Linux, Networking, & network security.

14.) Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

To support the creation of a distinctive organisational culture, build a unique employer brand, facilitate its adoption and promotion by employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Professional HR certification; CIPM, SHRM or CIPD
  • Minimum of 15 years in Human Resources Management, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
  • Proficiency in Enterprise HR systems (ERP).

15.) Finance Manager

Job Summary

Maintain the financial health of the organization, supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring compliance, and providing accurate and insightful financial information to drive business success

Requirements

  • B.A/B.Sc. Finance and Accounting
  • M.Sc. is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 15 years in similar role within similar industry.
  • ACCA, ICAN & other relevant accounting certificate.

16.) Heavy Duty Mechanics/Electrician

Job Summary

This position has the following responsibilities. To ensure availability and reliability of heavy-duty equipment deployed to project sites.

Requirements

  • Trade Test/SSCE HND / B.Sc. Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • 5 years experience in the maintenance, repair and overhaul of Heavy Duty Equipment

17.) Equipment Operator

Job Summary

Ensure Operating safety standards are maintained in all operations, by ensuring that all policies are adhered to strictly and to also ensure that operators maintain and preserve the assets assigned to them.

Requirements

  • SSCE/OND
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in driving/operating/rigging

18.) Heavy Duty/ Light Duty Driver

Job Summary

Ensure Driving safety standards are maintained in all Journeys, by ensuring that all policies are adhered to strictly and to also ensure that drivers maintain and preserve the assets assigned to them.

Requirements

  • SSCE/OND
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in driving/operating/rigging

19.) Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

TO Lead and manage the equipment maintenance, ensure optimal equipment performance at the project and all times. Participates in developing, interpreting, and implementing policies and procedures for the Maintenance to effectively support Asset reliability/availability in successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • Professional membership is an added advantage
  • 10 – 20 years’ experience in Asset maintenance / management
  • 5 – 10 years’ experience in Logistics and Transport Management

20.) Project Engineer Coordinator

Job Summary

Coordinate efforts at all levels of technical specialists to review and approve supporting deliverables for project development, detailed design and close out.

Requirements

  • Minimum B.Sc. degree in Mech, Engineering
  • NSE or project management qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as Project
  • Engineering, management experience
  • Good knowledge on planning tools and SAP systems

21.) Human Resources Lead

Job Summary

Managing and implementing HR policies, practices and processes required to achieve best-in-class People management for the AKK Project  Advising Managers on HR best practices and influencing culture change as the HR business partner for the AKK Project  Supporting the project in driving HR vision, strategy, plans and programs required to enable achievement of project objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Professional HR certification; CIPM, HRCI, SHRM or CIPD
  • 8years’ HR experience in a fast paced or high-volume org.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is an added advantage.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent organizational/time management skills
  • Working knowledge of an Applicants Tracking System (ATS) or SAP HR

22.) Environmental Supervisor

Job Summary

Lead and Manage the Project Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Department.
Be responsible for the development, management, implementation, operation, monitoring and review of the project HSE management system, with the goal of achieving work activities without incident, harm to personnel or damage to property or the environment
Provide functional Project HSE Leadership to all project management, supervision and work personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relatedfield.
  • NEBOSH IGC
  • ISO Certificates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 10+ Oil and gas field HSE experience, with at least 6 years in HSE (Majorprojects) management function.

23.) Assets and Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

This position has the following responsibilities. TO Lead, Manage and Participates in developing, interpreting, and implementing Logistics policies and procedures for effective support and successful project delivery

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc.Social Science
  • Professional membership is an added advantage
  • 5 – 10 years’experience in Maintenance and Management

24.) ICT Manager

Job Summary

The ICT Manager responsibility is to ensure the group is equipped with People/IT Policies/ Practices/ Systems/ Processes/ tools that support the short, medium- and long-term objectives of the group.
To develop agree and implement Information Technology strategies for the group, which are aligned with and support the business strategy for the group.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Engineering or any other numeric discipline.
  • Minimum of 12 years relevant post-graduation experience
  • Candidate should have a high level of managerial and inter-personal skills particularly an ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the group whilst also understanding change management techniques to enable him/her to drive change, foster innovation and ensure that IT supports the operations of the group

25.) Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary

This position Develops, improves, and fulfills organizational and functional objectives in procurement and supply. Develops and promotes best-in-class inventory, warehouse, and distribution management systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the procurement function
  • MCIPS – Completed level 6. PMP

26.) Deputy Project Manager

Job Summary

To liaise between their team and upper management, ensuring that everyone is on the same page with regard to goals, timelines, and other important details. To manage individual projects within the larger initiative they are working on. This includes assigning tasks to team members, tracking progress, resolving issues that arise from projects etc

Requirements

  • Masters /Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • COREN Registered
  • Minimum of 15 years in Pipeline and Oil and Gas Facility Construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Project Management Training/ Certification

27.) Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Lead various projects across several teams to help create processes and execute strategies to ensure projects are developed in a timely manner and oversee the successful execution of projects.

Requirements

  • B.Eng. In any Engineering field
  • M.Sc. is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 15 years in similar role
  • COREN/NSE
