Job Summary:
Versatile and organized Office Assistant adept at managing front desk operations and providing essential administrative support. Efficiently handles general office inquiries, warmly welcomes visitors, and ensures a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as front desk assistant by answering general office telephone and other queries by visitors.
- Photocopying documents in the Unit/Department.
- Ensure that offices are locked and opened as and when required.
- Keeping the office areas clean and tidy at all times.
- Courteously welcome, attend to, and serve company clients and visitors when required.
- Sign for and distribute all delivered packages.
- Coordinate the meetings/appointments of Senior Officers with their clients and visitors.
- Ensure that all provisions/cleaning items in the Pantry are well-kept and properly managed.
- Assist other office staff as required.
- Respond to general office inquiries and forward inquiries to the Admin Officer and Facilities Manager.
- Support the department/unit in all other duties that may be assigned occasionally.
Requirements:
- SSCE/NCE/ND Holder
Special Requirement:
- Female preferable.
- Good verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Courteous and poise in attending to clients and visitors.
- Personal cleanliness and smartness in appearance.
