Job Summary
We are currently searching for an accomplished Personal Assistant to serve as the supportive force to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate will be an active problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. They will provide support on various projects.
Job Responsibilities
As a Personal Assistant, you will:
- Oversee various administrative tasks.
- Manage all correspondences on all communication channels.
- Support and manage travel itinerary and logistics.
- Event, Meeting and Calendar Management.
- Provide assistance in various projects as required.
- Manage company travel and hotel bookings.
Requirements
- A Degree in related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Personal/Executive Assistant.
- Agile
- Administrative skills Tech Savvy
- Attention to detail &excellent time management skills Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous
- People management Project Management Stakeholder Management
