The protest led by the Deputy Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Edison Ehie who was re-elected in the March 18 election and Samuel Nwanosike, the Chairman of the Ikwerre Local Government Area.

Speaking, Ehie Edison maintained that they will continue to lay siege at the INEC Headquarters in port Harcourt to avoid any form of tricks as sensed by the Commission.

“We will continue to put our eyes closely and remain here every day to avoid any form tricks. Election materials must be monitored by all political parties at same time” he said.
