Job Summary:
To support the HR unit in conceptualization, development, and management of HR Systems with focus on the availability, confidentiality and integrity of data at all time.
Responsibilities:
- Management and administration of HR systems.
- Development of HR tools and extensions to HR systems.
- Pilot HR Campaigns at the affiliate level.
- Dynamic environment with constant changes. Need to constantly liaise with other HR teams to understand and analyze business needs.
- Ensure clean and high-quality data is maintained in the HR database.
- Follow up on implementation of personnel updates in the HR system and confirm data integrity.
- Approve requests of users of HR systems.
- Ensure all request and updates forwarded to the HRIS team are implemented.
- Ensure availability of the HR Systems and application at all times.
- Advise Users on the Business processes for daily activities.
Requirements:
- A university degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Good people management skills.
- A good knowledge of HR Information Systems processes and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSql, SAP, and PL/SQL.
- A background knowledge of reporting development and integration.
- Good knowledge of system testing and debugging. ? Exceptional MS Excel skill.
- Good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of middle tier software development tools like C#.NET, Java
- Good knowledge of Javascript frameworks e.g. Angular, React and CSS.
- Working experience in a similar position and environment.
