The sad incident which caused commotion and panic at the flow station as the remains of three (3) staff of the SPDC workers were recovered from the ugly incident which occurred as a result of leakage of the gas pipeline with high pressure leading to the lost of lives of the Shell workers when they ignorantly inhaled poisonous gas.
According to Investigations, it was gathered that the accident occurred during the shut down maintenance.
As the corpses discovered there was wailing and gnashing of teeth in the area..
