1.) Director Human Resources
Job Summary
The Human Resource Director plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR Startegies that aligns with the compnay’s objectives. Overseeing all aspects of Human Resource Management, including Talent Acquisition, Employees Relations, Performance Management System, Learning and Development and Compliance with Labour laws and Regulations. The Human Resource Director ensures the company attracts & develops a diverse and high performing workforce.
Responsibilities
- Implement performance management systems to ensure clear performance expectations and provide feedback for employee development.
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent, including developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.
- Develop policies and administer employee benefit program
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulation, maintain best practices
- Manage employee relations issues, conflict resolution, disciplinary action and grievance procedures.
Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources, Humanities, or any related field.
- Relevant professional qualification/certification like PHRI, SPHRI or GPHR will be an added advantage.
- Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria
Required Skills and Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, laws and regulations.

2.) Director Sales & Marketing
Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance brand visibility for our cement product.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets. Adhere to industry trends, laws and regulations
- Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including market expansion and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product development and differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing activities with overall business goals.
- Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively, monitoring expenses and ROI to optimize resource allocation.
- Develop marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and advertising initiatives to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years’ proven experience in the cement Industry.
- Professional Certification/membership of the Institute of Marketing & Public Relations of Nigeria is mandatory.
