There was pandemonium in Ibaa community,Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State this morning as gunmen suspected to be members of ‘disbanded’ OSPAC faction gunned down four members of rival faction in the wee hours .
A native of the community who craved for anonymity noted that the killing may not be unconnected to battle for control of Illegal levy known as ‘matching ground’ between two factions of ‘disbanded’ OSPAC whose members are alleged to be cultists.

We gathered that some natives have started leaving the community as at 8am this morning for fear of escalation of violence.
Earlier, two persons said to be members of one of the factions were killed in February 2022 .
As of the time of filing this report the police Public Relations Officer Mrs
Grace Iringe-Koko was yet to react on the matter.
