The Uvuawhu council of Ohna, along with the council of Chiefs, has declared that those who are plotting to bring down Chief Hon. Fubara Ohaka will face disgrace. This statement was made during their visit to Chief Ohaka in his hometown.
Chief Hon. Fubara Ohaka, a prominent businessman and politician who also serves as the Chairman of the Action Peoples Party (APP) in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State, hails from ibaa, Ward 6.
According to Ohna Wamadi, the Offor holder in Uvuawhu, he emphasized that only a select few individuals have received such an honor from the council.
He stated, “Only a few individuals in history have been visited by the Ohna council in Uvuawhu. Our visit was not merely for socializing, but to bestow blessings upon you as a Son of the Soil.
“Those who are scheming against you will face disgrace. Your generous nature has become well-known throughout the town. Remember, you are not the only wealthy individual in Ibaa. There are many others who are wealthier than you.
“It is one thing to possess wealth, but it is another to be a generous giver. May God continue to bless you for your contributions to the Uvuawhu community.”
In response, Hon. Ohaka expressed his gratitude for being recognized by the Chiefs and Ele Ohna.
He said, “I want to express my gratitude to God Almighty, the creator of the universe, for this special day. I also want to thank the Chiefs and Ele Ohna for deeming me worthy of their visit.
