A tragic incident occurred in the Ejigbo area of Lagos State on Sunday, where a 55-year-old woman named Ifeoma collapsed and passed away while sharing a testimony in her church.
The state police spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the heartbreaking news to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Wednesday.
According to reports, Ifeoma was singing songs and giving her testimony during the church service when she suddenly collapsed. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, she was later transferred to a hospital in Isolo where she was pronounced dead.
Upon reaching the hospital, the police were informed that Ifeoma’s husband and family had already taken her body to her hometown in Anambra State for burial.
