DESCRIPTION
A motivated, creative and innovative business development Personnel that can make a difference in a fast-growing business, responsible for developing and executing effective business and sales strategy, identifying and leveraging growth opportunities, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction, both online and offline.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement creative, innovative and effective business and sales strategy
- Proactively identify new and leveraging growth opportunities to deliver innovative solutions to customers.
- Promoting Customer satisfaction and long-lasting customer relationship.
- Achieve agreed sales/revenue targets.
- Developing and implementing customer acquisition and retention strategy
- Assist with business operations
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
Requirements
- Must be a resident of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong passion for sales and Business development.
- Must be confident with a superb leadership skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills; Ability to observe customer and customer pain and provide creative solutions.
- Computer and digital technology literate.
- Scientific/science knowledge/background is an added advantage.
