1) Project Manager
Responsibilities:

- Support project managers in coordinating resources, tasks, and activities to ensure project objectives are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and track progress.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
- Participate in project meetings, documenting minutes, action items, and follow-up tasks.
- Support project managers in maintaining project documentation and updating project status reports.
- Assist in evaluating project performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards that effectively communicate key messages and engage target audiences.
- Plan, script, and storyboard video content, including but not limited to promotional videos, product demonstrations, client testimonials, and internal communications.
- Source and select appropriate music, sound effects, and visual elements to enhance video content.
- Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit raw footage, add effects, transitions, and graphics, and produce polished final videos.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, animators, and other creative team members to integrate visual elements seamlessly into video projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production and digital media to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of Tobams Group’s video content.
Requirements:
- Strong passion for storytelling and visual communication, with a creative eye for detail.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
- Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting techniques, and sound recording equipment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience creating video content (e.g., personal projects, school projects, internships) is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and motion graphics is a plus.
