Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and track progress.
  • Assist in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in project meetings, documenting minutes, action items, and follow-up tasks.
  • Support project managers in maintaining project documentation and updating project status reports.
  • Assist in evaluating project performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, script, and storyboard video content, including but not limited to promotional videos, product demonstrations, client testimonials, and internal communications.
  • Source and select appropriate music, sound effects, and visual elements to enhance video content.
  • Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit raw footage, add effects, transitions, and graphics, and produce polished final videos.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, animators, and other creative team members to integrate visual elements seamlessly into video projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production and digital media to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of Tobams Group’s video content.

Requirements:

  • Strong passion for storytelling and visual communication, with a creative eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
  • Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting techniques, and sound recording equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience creating video content (e.g., personal projects, school projects, internships) is preferred but not required.
