Local Key Account Manager at TGI Distri Limited

TGI Distri Limited (A TGI Group Company) was established in 2017 with the primary goal of creating a world-class distribution, marketing, and logistics organization with the following key strategic objectives:

• Connecting TGI brands to the Nigerian consumer by managing sales, marketing, and logistics for all TGI Companies in the consumer space.

• Spearheading new product development from conceptualization to consumption through

• Intensive market research with an objective to identify unfulfilled consumer needs

• Concepts ideation, consumer insights, brand planning, logistics development, product launch, and sales planning and execution.

We are seeking qualified candidate to join our team as Local Key Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive structured demand capture through KAES/ISRS
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely fulfilment, stock hygiene, ROI, and credit discipline
• Lead, motivate, and coach KAES/ISRs for coverage, execution, and MT standards
• Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and ordering teams
• Ensure perfect outlet execution: availability, OOS reduction, share-of-shelf, promo and planogram compliance
• Expand coverage and onboard new outlets, identifying white-space opportunities
• Track performance, submit MIS, and generate insights for corrective and growth actions etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• 3-7 years FMCG experience in MT/GT or Distributor Management
• Experience managing distributors and sales teams
• Strong local MT knowledge and customer relationship skills
• Analytical, negotiation, and reporting ability
• Team leadership with high ownership and execution discipline
