We are hiring to fill in the position below;
Job Title: Onshore Admin Assistant
Responsibilities
- Support the JV Onshore team in managing and following up payments for active contracts, with a strong focus on salary-related disbursements.
- Prepare and coordinate monthly departmental performance reports in collaboration with the Admin Team.
- Liaise with the Finance Team to ensure timely payments for running contracts.
- Collaborate with the Cost Control Team to
- produce monthly transaction listings and commitment analysis presentations.
- Assist with NUIMS budget reviews and performance defense processes.
- Maintain up-to-date records, dashboards, and trackers to monitor contract performance and payment status.
- Interact with various company units and departments to support administrative and reporting activities
- Ensure zero delays in payments to community contractors.
- Prevent departmental over performance by tracking budget and performance metrics effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to propose practical and innovative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
