The Independent national electoral Commission has named Prof Charles Okechukwu Esimone as the new Returning officer in Rivers state Ahead of Saturday’s Gubernatorial Election.
Prof. Charles Okechukwu Esimone born 31 December 1970 is a Nigerian professor of biopharmaceutics and pharmaceutical biotechnology who currently serves as the vice-chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Nigeria.
