Charles Okechukwu Esimone as the new Returning officer in Rivers state Ahead of Saturday’s Gubernatorial Election.
Prof. Charles Okechukwu Esimone born 31 December 1970 is a Nigerian professor of biopharmaceutics and pharmaceutical biotechnology who currently serves as the vice-chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Nigeria.
He is the first professor of pharmaceutical microbiology in South-Eastern Nigeria
