Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for FPSO operations.
Process vendor invoices, verify documentation, and ensure timely payments.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Monitor cost allocations and ensure expenditures are in line with approved budgets.
Handle cash calls, reconciliations, and inter-company transactions.
Support audits by preparing necessary schedules and responding to queries.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, local tax regulations, and industry-specific financial policies.
Liaise with supply chain, operations, and offshore teams to track expenditures.
Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for FPSO projects.
Contribute to continuous improvement in financial processes and controls.

Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Accounting or related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in accounting/procurement within the oil & gas industry; FPSO/offshore experience is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax compliance, and cost control in oil & gas operations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
