1. Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates
- Conduct interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create JD
- Conduct verifications & background checks
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 – 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Oil & Gas / Marine sectors
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and ATS systems
2. L&D Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Develop, organize, and facilitate training programs, workshops, and seminars for staff and clients.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Collaborate with department managers to understand current and future training needs.
- Other duties as may be required
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Education, or related fields
- 4 – 7 years of experience in training and development, preferably in Oil & Gas / Marine sectors
- Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Certification in Training and Development is a plus.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
3. People Advisor
Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment activities
- Conduct interviews, and make offers.
- Verify employee records and claims.
- Handle onboarding and new hire orientations.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, performance management, engagement, and talent development programs.
- Support payroll processing
- Manage employee documentation
- Monitor compliance with HR policies, SOPs, and labor laws.
- Provide advice to managers and staff on HR policies and best practices.
- Administer employee lifecycle processes
- Support employee benefit programs and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain HR data accuracy and prepare documentation for audits.
- Contribute to HR projects that boost engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Recognized HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant HR experience.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, employment laws, and best practices.
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
