Job Summary:

As a Senior Nurse in our General Medical & Surgical Services team, you’ll be at the forefront of patient care, leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and oversee high-quality, evidence-based care.
  • Leadership: Mentor and guide junior nurses, fostering professional growth.
  • Ensure every patient’s voice is heard in their care journey.
  • Contribute to audits, training programmes, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in Nigeria; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • 5+ years in medical-surgical nursing and leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Passion for improving patient care and upholding AMCE’s values.
  • Location: Abuja, Nigeria
