1. Welder
This role executes welding tasks according to approved procedures and drawings, ensuring high-quality welds through inspections, adherence to SOPs, and compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/HND in Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry Skilled in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance, welding techniques, and safety risks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interpret drawings.
2. Grinder
This role performs daily tool upkeep, enforcing 5S practices, and ensuring the quality of fabricated parts by removing burrs and weld spatter according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Skilled in operating a grinding machine and familiar with various abrasives and grinding techniques.
- Reliable in recording job times using systems.
- Strong awareness of safety risks, with a can-do attitude and a culture-oriented mindset.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
3. Painter
This role ensures top-tier painting quality by accurately following technical data sheets and SOPs, expertly operating painting equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Chemical Engineering or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in paint application, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Proficient in using spray painting equipment and familiar with color matching.
- Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and ability to follow SOPs.
- Able to log time and activity via systems like GSS; reliable in recording work accurately.
4. Coating and Finishing Supervisor
The ideal candidate will Oversees coating and finishing operations, ensuring proper surface preparation, high-quality application, compliance with safety and environmental standards, and efficient team performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Materials, Chemical, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum of 5 years in coating supervision, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Skilled in coating methods, surface preparation, equipment operation, and quality assurance techniques.
- Knowledgeable in safety procedures, environmental regulations, and compliance standards.
- Strong management, team training, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficient in interpreting technical specifications, performing administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
5. Marketing Manager
This role drives growth and brand visibility through strategic marketing leadership and impactful campaigns, while managing operations and fostering business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar field. A Master’s degree or certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years in marketing, including 4 years in a supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry
- Demonstrated success in marketing strategy and campaign execution
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Expertise in brand management, market segmentation, and digital marketing
- Proficiency with CRM, digital analytics, SEO, and social media tools

6. Account Officer
This role manages and tracks receivables, ensuring timely invoicing and collection as well as monthly reconciliations, addressing discrepancies, and preparing reports for management.
Requirements:
- First degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience, 1 year in a similar role
- Experience with ERP or financial management software and inventory accounting.
- Strong understanding of tax obligations, accounts receivable management, and compliance
- Strong ability to manage and maintain accurate records of payables, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Proficient in maintaining accounting ledgers for vendors, managing relationships, and ensuring payment accuracy.
- Skilled in performing inventory checks, reconciliations, and managing inventory adjustments and open items.
- Ability to liaise with project managers and take commercial responsibility for optimizing project expenditures.
- In-depth understanding of tax obligations, including WHT, PAYE, and VAT, ensuring accurate computation and remittance.
- Competent in using ERP systems for updating prepayment schedules, fixed asset schedules, and inventory data.
- Experienced in assisting with statutory audits and ensuring compliance with external auditing requirements.
- Strong capability in preparing management accounts, financial projections, and weekly/monthly reports.
- Meticulous in reviewing journal postings, purchase orders, and financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Effective in working with cross-functional teams, including project managers, the engineering team, and external auditors.
7. IT Supervisor
This role aligns IT operations with business objectives, overseeing the implementation of secure and efficient technology solutions, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies and standards across the Company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT support, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
- Hands-on experience with operating systems, network configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications.
- Proven experience in managing IT projects from conception through to completion, including software upgrades, hardware installations, and system implementations.
- Proficiency in network administration, server management, and enterprise-level software applications.
- Solid understanding of IT security principles, with practical experience implementing and managing security protocols.
- Develop and enforce controls for emerging technologies, ensuring secure and strategic deployment within the organization.
- Supervise and lead the IT support team, fostering a high-performance environment through task delegation, performance monitoring, training, and mentorship.
8. QA/QC Supervisor
This role supervises the QA/QC team, ensuring compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001:2015, and industry best practices across production and assembly processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing setting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) or other relevant quality certifications is advantageous.
- Experience with statistical process control and quality improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma and TWI principles.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
9. Production Technician
This role works with general production materials and equipment, assembling components, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production process.
Requirements
- OND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial maintenance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or a similar industry.
- Trade Test Certificate will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and their safe usage in material handling and preparation tasks.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to assist and learn from colleagues.
- Ability to adapt to changing production needs in a fast-paced environment.
