1.) Automation Engineer
Job Summary:
We are currently looking for Automation Engineer to join our Manufacturing team. The ideal person is responsible for designing, developing, programming, and testing systems. System monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting operational problems. Specify, design, and build programs to be installed on the equipment. Modify existing programs from Engineering requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct installation, configuration, commissioning and repair of electrical system, electrical panels, Programmable Logic Controls -PLC (Wiring & programming) Variable Frequency Drives -VFD, SCADA, Torch screen / HMI- Design & configuration; mechanical drives (gear boxes, agitators, pumps etc) and so on while adhering to safety codes and regulations.
- Ensure that production machineries and equipment are well maintained, and any electrical, electromechanical, instrumentation, automation and controls breakdowns on production equipment are resolved in a timely manner. To carryout preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Document maintenance and repair activities and keeping log of all instrument and automation parameters of production equipment
- Conduct the root cause analysis on various electrical and electro mechanical, instrumentation, controls and automation faults and document them.
- Be responsible for electrical, electromechanical, instrumentation, automation and controls on production equipment
- Be responsible for optimal running of process and packaging machines
Requirements
- BSC / HND degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience handling PLC, SCADA, instrumentation, automation, and control equipment within maintenance department
- Possesses active will to achieving set goals and promoting strong team spirit with the team members across the organization.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- A positive attitude to work.
- Must have good communication skill.
2.) Technical Operator – Shrink Wrapper
Job Summary
We are currently looking for Technical Operator – Shrink Wrapper. The ideal person responsible for the efficient operation of the shrink wrapper machine for effective production activities to ensure delivery of customer satisfaction, effectiveness, and performance improvement
Responsibilities
- Adhere to safety, health, quality and standard operating procedures.
- Comply and adhere to quality systems ( GMP, 5S, HACCP, ISO 22000:2005 etc) .
- Monitor and ensure that all required documentation is completed as per standard.
- Continually seek to identify opportunities for cost saving and more effective ways of carrying out production activities.
- Manage equipment and material inventory.
- Analyse performance and seeks ways to continually improve.
- Performs microbial analysis of environmental samples, in-process samples, water samples, finished goods to ensure compliance and to identify risk areas through trends analysis.
- Coach and guide team members, as required.
- Monitor and ensure that all required documentation is completed as per standard.
Requirements
- HND / OND degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Possesses active will to achieving set goals and promoting strong team spirit with the team members across the organization.
- Ability to manage situations and always motivate all the stakeholders.
- A positive attitude to work.
- Must have good communication skill.
