Responsibilities:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong-willed and able to handle challenging situations with resilience.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Dedicated to achieving results and meeting deadlines.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit.
  • Resourceful and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer experience role is preferred.

Requirements

  • 6 years maximum years of experience in a customer experience role.
  • Relevant professional certificate preferred.
