We are recruiting qualified candidates to join our team as Trainee TCP Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and technically driven individuals to join our Trainee TCP Engineer Program. This structured trainee initiative is designed to develop competent and safety-focused professionals who will support Tubing-Conveyed Perforating (TCP) operations across client locations.
Candidates will receive hands-on training in gun assembly, explosives handling, QA/QC procedures, wellsite operations, and completion systems under the supervision of experienced engineers.
This is an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers who want to build a strong foundation in well completions and grow into full TCP Engineer roles.
Requirements
- B.Eng / HND in any relevant technical field.
- 0–2 years’ experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Previous internship or experience in oil & gas with safety awareness is an added advantage.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Willingness to work in challenging field environments (offshore/onshore).
