Job summary:

As a Graduate Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive training program designed to help you grow professionally while contributing to real projects within the company. You will rotate through various departments, work closely with experienced mentors, and develop a deep understanding of the business operations. About the 2026 Oilserv Limited Graduate Trainee Programme
- The Oilserv 2026 Ingenious Graduate Trainee Program is a structured two-year career development initiative aimed at nurturing exceptional young talent for future leadership roles within the Oilserv Group.
- In the first six months, trainees participate in rotational assignments across all subsidiaries to gain comprehensive business exposure. This is followed by an 18-month specialised development track in their chosen field or career.

Requirements:
- Must have completed NYSC
- 0-2years work experience
- Not older than 28 years
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2.1 in Engineering, Law, Information Management, Accounting, ESG and Social sciences
- ESG knowledge is an additional advantage.
Other Details
- Program Duration: 2 years (6-month rotation + 18-month specialised development)
- Location: Various Oilserv Group locations across Nigeria (with possible project site postings)
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required
