We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team as an ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain filing systems and manage document control.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Coordinate office procedures and
- ensure office policies are maintained..
- Support the HR department with recruiting processes, onboarding new hires, and maintaining employee records.
Requirements:
- BSc or HND in a social science related field or other related field of study.
- 1-2 years’ experience.
- Completion of NYSC.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
