Our goal is to maximize production efficiency and reduce costs for oil and gas operators through advanced well-intervention techniques.

We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team as an ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage document control.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Coordinate office procedures and
  • ensure office policies are maintained..
  • Support the HR department with recruiting processes, onboarding new hires, and maintaining employee records.

Requirements:

  • BSc or HND in a social science related field or other related field of study.
  • 1-2 years’ experience.
  • Completion of NYSC.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
