Job Summary:

Kenyon International is looking to hire a qualified and experienced Wellhead Supervisor to lead wellhead installation, maintenance, and intervention operations across various field locations. The successful candidate will oversee field teams, coordinate with engineers and clients, and ensure that all wellhead operations are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise wellhead technicians and field teams during installation, maintenance, and testing of wellhead systems.
  • Plan and coordinate daily operational activities in collaboration with the operations manager and project engineers.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company HSE policies and regulatory standards.
  • Review and approve service reports, job hazard analysis (JHA), and operational checklists.
  • Monitor job progress, troubleshoot operational challenges, and implement corrective measures.
  • Manage logistics of wellhead tools, equipment, and personnel for job sites.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to team members during on-site and off-site operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation upon conclusion of executed operations performed on-site and off-site.
  • Mentor field technicians and promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Participate in pre-job briefings, risk assessments, and after-action reviews.

Requirements:

  • Eng./HND in Mechanical, Petroleum, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in wellhead and well control operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Must have OSP, IWCF Level 3 or 4.
  • Must be conversant with installation of conventional and compact wellhead systems
  • Strong knowledge of wellhead equipment installation procedures, maintenance and repair activities.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong understanding of HSE practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in report writing and use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid offshore safety certifications (BOSIET,etc.) are required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in any field location.
