Job Summary

South Streams Offshore Resources Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Officer to coordinate daily operational activities and ensure efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing operational projects.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor vessel and personnel deployment while ensuring compliance with operational requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be available for immediate employment.
