The Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System Plc (NIBSS) Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP) is a structured talent development initiative designed to prepare high-potential graduates for rewarding careers within Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System Plc (NIBSS), one of Nigeria’s leading payments infrastructure companies. Through a blend of structured learning, hands-on experience, mentorship, and continuous development, the programme equips participants with the technical, professional, and leadership skills required to thrive in Nigeria’s evolving digital payments and financial services ecosystem.

Requirements

• Have a Bachelors degree in any related field, from a recognised university.
• Have a minimum of a Second-Class lower division.
• Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
• Not be more than 25 years of age by December 31st 2026
