We are seeking qualified candidates to join our Graduate Trainee Programme.
Job Summary
The Kreston Pedabo Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to equip fresh graduates with practical experience, technical knowledge, and professional skills needed to build successful careers in accounting, audit, tax, advisory, and business consulting. Trainees receive structured learning, on-the-job training, mentorship from experienced professionals, and opportunities for career growth within the firm.
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related Social Science/Management Science discipline.
- Hold a degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or equivalent in Accounting or a related social or management field.
- Be ICAN or ACCA enrolled if they are not accounting graduates.
- Have completed NYSC or be due to complete it before October 2026.
- Should not be more than 28years as of October 2026
- Demonstrate an interest in building a career in tax, audit, and professional services.
- Demonstrate strong numerical, analytical, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Be willing to work onsite in Lagos, meet deadlines, and learn under supervision.
- Have a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits in one sitting.
