1) Quality Specialist
Job Summary
POCCH is recruiting a Quality Specialist to lead quality improvement initiatives, promote patient safety, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related healthcare field (RN or MBBS/MD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare quality management, patient safety, or clinical governance.
- Knowledge of quality standards, accreditation, clinical audits, and quality improvement.
- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
2) Coffee Attendant
Job Summary
POCCH is seeking a courteous and customer-focused Coffee Attendant to prepare and serve quality beverages while maintaining a clean and welcoming refreshment area.
Requirements
- National Diploma (ND) in Hospitality Management, Catering, Food Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Coffee Attendant. Experience in food and beverage service is an added advantage.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Professional conduct, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of and adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations in all beverage preparation activities.
3) Orderly/Potter
Job Summary
POCCH is recruiting a compassionate and dependable Orderly/Potter to provide essential non-clinical support that contributes to the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of patient care within the hospital.
Requirements
- Minimum of WAEC/SSCE or its equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience as an Orderly, Hospital Attendant, Healthcare Assistant, or in a similar healthcare support role.
- Basic knowledge of safe patient handling techniques, infection prevention and control practices, and hospital safety procedures.
- Ability to safely operate wheelchairs, stretchers, patient trolleys, and other patient transport equipment.
- Good physical fitness with the ability to lift, transfer, and support patients safely.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Professional conduct, compassion, reliability, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
