Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of radiographic examinations, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and interventional procedures.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and providing reassurance and support.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate interpretation and timely reporting of imaging results.
- Continuously update your knowledge and skills through professional development and staying abreast of advancements in radiography.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiography or a related field.
- Valid registration and license from the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria.
- Proven experience as a radiographer, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong technical proficiency in operating radiographic equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
