About the Programme

The VFD Future Leaders Programme is our flagship early-career leadership programme designed to develop the next generation of business leaders across the VFD Group ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or equivalent.
• Have completed NYSC.
• Have no more than two years of post-graduate work experience.
• Demonstrate exceptional academic achievement or leadership potential.
• Are passionate about solving business problems.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Learn quickly and adapt to change.
• Are driven by impact, ownership and continuous improvement.
