Dangote Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP) is a 12 months’ fully paid structured training programme designed for young Nigerian graduates.

About the 2024 Graduate Trainee Program

The Dangote Academy, which has been strategically assigned to the task of ensuring business continuity by sourcing and training “Plant-ready” personnel for the Dangote Group, will commence the admission process to engage new candidates for the 2025/26 Vocational internship/training programs.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Nigerians for the 2024 Dangote Group Graduate Trainee Program.

Responsibilities

• Shadowing staff members across all departments at Dangote.
• Participating in on-the-job training, meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
• Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned.
• Compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members.
• Analysing existing systems and offering innovative ideas for improvement.
• Showcasing positive energy into the organisation with lasting professional relationships with staff.
• Conducting research and assisting the Supervisor wherever possible.
• Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.
• Upholding the good name of the company at all times.

Requirements:

• First degree/HND from reputable University/ Polytechnic/equivalent with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or Upper Credit (HND) or equivalent.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Have completed the mandatory NYSC service.
• Have 0 – 2 years’ experience.
• Be ready for engagements by January 2025 with any of the Dangote business Units.
