We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team as a Procurement/Logistics Officer.

Job Summary

Felton Energy Services Ltd. is seeking a proactive and highly organized Procurement / Logistics Officer to support procurement activities, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating deliveries, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods within and outside Nigeria. Candidates should be willing to travel locally and internationally on short notice to support procurement and project activities.

Responsibilities

  • Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in line with company requirements.
  • Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers, vendors, and OEMs.
  • Prepare purchase orders, procurement documentation, and vendor evaluations.
  • Coordinate the delivery of goods and materials within Lagos, across Nigeria, and internationally.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to project locations.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, customs agents, and logistics partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, OEMs, and logistics providers.
  • Coordinate technical and commercial discussions with vendors.
  • Work closely with engineering, project, business development, and finance teams.
  • Support inventory management and material tracking activities.
  • Prepare procurement and logistics reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or related roles.
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
  • Experience coordinating interstate and international deliveries is an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s licence and confidence in driving.
  • Willingness to travel within and outside Nigeria on short notice.
