Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and interpret complex datasets into actionable business insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical solutions.
• Use statistical methods and predictive models to support forecasting and business planning.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies and data governance standards.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable manner.
• Continuously improve data processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Proficiency in Excel and statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SAS).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
