We are seeking qualified candidate to join our team as a Gas Process Engineer.
Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled Gas Process Engineer to support the design, optimization, and operation of gas processing systems across our projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize gas processing systems, including gas separation, compression, and treatment processes.
- Monitor and improve plant performance to ensure operational efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- Conduct process simulations and feasibility studies for both new and existing projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during project design, execution, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Ensure full compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Troubleshoot operational and process-related issues, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, process documentation, operating manuals, and engineering specifications.
- Support maintenance activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant productivity and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas or energy sector
- Strong knowledge of gas processing systems and operations
- Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus)
- Good understanding of safety and industry standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
