It was incorporated in March 2010 and has its corporate head office located at No. 6 Chibeco Avenue, Km 16, Aba/Port Harcourt Expressway, Rivers state.

We are recruiting qualified candidates to join our team as the Head of Retail

Job Summary

We are looking for a Head of Retail to oversee the company’s retail operations, ensuring optimal customer experience, profitability, and operational efficiency across all outlets. The role requires strong leadership and strategic oversight to drive retail excellence and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement retail strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Lead and coach retail managers and staff to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and stock levels to minimize losses and optimize sales.
• Analyze retail performance reports and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in retail management or similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
• Excellent customer service and team management abilities.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.
