Job Responsibilities
- Understand the wireless and LAN connectivity dynamic and support.
- To provide first line assistance to users when problems with systems.
- Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
- Performs procedural documentation and relevant reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related
- Relevant professional certifications in Information Technology
- 3 years cognate experience in IT support (including NYSC)
- Good Knowledge of M365 (SharePoint, OneDrive e.t.c)
- Understanding of website management
- Asset inventory skills
- Conflict Management
- Leadership skill
- Accounting Skills
- Excellent communication
- Attention to Details
