Job Responsibilities

• Understand the wireless and LAN connectivity dynamic and support.
• To provide first line assistance to users when problems with systems.
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
• Performs procedural documentation and relevant reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related
• Relevant professional certifications in Information Technology
• 3 years cognate experience in IT support (including NYSC)
• Good Knowledge of M365 (SharePoint, OneDrive e.t.c)
• Understanding of website management
• Asset inventory skills
• Conflict Management
• Leadership skill
• Accounting Skills
• Excellent communication
• Attention to Details
