We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team as an HSE Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures, and programs
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts
- Provide HSE training and toolbox talks
- Monitor and report HSE performance
- Prepare HSE reports for management and clients
- Promote safety and environmental responsibility across projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental, Safety, Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering field.
- NEBOSH / IGC / OSHA / ISO 45001 / IOSH certification (Mandatory or an added advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years’ HSE experience in EPC or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of HSE laws and regulations
- Experience in incident investigation and risk assessment
- Ability to lead and influence teams
