Job Title: Human Resources Assistant
Location: Lagos, Apapa

Job Summary

To manage all HR logistics and administrative activities, provide clerical support to the HR Advisor, and assist with employee inquiries, recruitment, and record keeping.

Responsibilities

  • Implement disciplinary actions in Golden Sugar company.
  • Generate Human Resources Statistics information on third party invoices.
  • Prepare training advise to staff and other related bodies.
  • Proper documentation and filling of documents.
  • Generate Human Resources Statistics information on third party invoices.
  • Timely collection of ticket and issuance for product free issues.
  • Verify payment to outsourced staff by all agents.
  • Monitors and document third Party agency compliance.

Requirements

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate effectively across all levels.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Good knowledge of office applications.
  • Possess strong organizational ability.
  • OND in Humanities or any relevant social sciences.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
