Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and on boarding processes
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare and coordinate HR documentation. including contracts, letters, and reports
  • Lead performance management processes, training programs, and staff development initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement and oversee welfare programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Solid understanding of HR functions and Labour laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is an added advantage.
