Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and on boarding processes
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Prepare and coordinate HR documentation. including contracts, letters, and reports
- Lead performance management processes, training programs, and staff development initiatives
- Drive employee engagement and oversee welfare programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
- Solid understanding of HR functions and Labour laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is an added advantage.
