Responsibilities

Inventory Officer

• Monitor and control stock levels within the store
• Carry out routine stock counts and reconciliation
• Maintain proper stock records and documentation
• Identify, report, and follow up on stock variances and losse
• Work closely with store, warehouse, and sales teams…

Buyer:

• Source, purchase, and supply goods based on company requirements
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Maintain accurate procurement and supplier records
• Ensure timely availability of goods at competitive prices
• Monitor market trends and recommend suitable vendors

General Requirements:

• Relevant qualification and/or practical experience in a similar role
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Previous retail or FMCG experience will be an added advantage
• Must be honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
