We are hiring to fill in the following position:

Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Independently manage and oversee all phases of land surveying projects, turn initial planning and reconnaissance to final data processing and report generation
• Process survey data using relevant software (e.g AutoCAD, Civil 3D) to generate accurate maps, plans and reports.
• Prepare and review survey plans, legal descriptions and other related documentation for accuracy and compliance with Nigeria land laws

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in land surveying or Geomatics Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years progressive work experience in surveying
• Must be a registered Land Surveyor with the Surveyors Council of Nigeria (SURCON)
• Proven expertise in conducting various types of land survey using modern surveying equipments and techniques
• Strong proficiency in processing survey data using relevant surveying software
