Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented Operations Personnel to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our e-commerce operations, inventory management, vendor & customer support, and order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage order processing from receipt to delivery
• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely product availability and accurate listings
• Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize delivery timelines
• Track inventory levels and resolve discrepancies
• Implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency
• Generate and analyze operational reports to identify improvement opportunities
• Handle customer and vendor inquiries related to orders and fulfillment
• Ensure quality control processes for product listings and deliveries

Requirements

• A graduate with experience in management.
• Excellent communication skills and good customer relationship.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory management.
• Sales & Marketing skills are a requirement
